Purpose: Participate in the Group's personnel selection processes, evaluate the CV of the interested party, as well as carry out all necessary steps in relation to the selection process (e.g. sending communications to the interested party to organize the different phases of the selection process, conducting interviews, sending the offer letter).
Conservation: The candidate's personal data will be kept until the deletion is requested by the interested party and, in any case, will be kept blocked for a maximum period of three years to attend the actions that may arise from the relationship maintained with the interested party, as a result of the selection process, or to meet the requirements of public authorities, according to article 4.1 of Royal Legislative Decree 5/2000, of August 4, which approves the revised text of the Law on Infractions and Penalties in the Social Order.
Legitimation: Consent of the interested party that is materialized through the acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

C) Data of legal representatives of Customers and Suppliers
Purpose: Management of the signing of the service contract that the legal representatives sign on behalf of the client or supplier, and resolution of any doubts and queries that may arise within the framework of the contractual relationship.
Conservation: The data will be kept for as long as the contractual relationship with the customer or supplier is in force and, thereafter, will be kept blocked for 5 years (Art. 1964 of the Civil Code) in order to attend, if necessary, the actions that may arise from the contractual relationship or for the attention of requirements of public authorities.
Legitimation: The processing of personal data of legal representatives is carried out on the basis of the legitimate interest of the parties.
Addressees: The communication of personal data is not foreseen except in the cases established by a legal obligation.
Ways of Obtaining: The personal data we process has been obtained from the data subject. The categories of data processed are as follows:
