Customer/Prospect database enrichment

Using as a base 150,000 panelists that can potentially provide 300 variables with sociodemographic information and their consumption habits, 25 variables were selected to enrich the customer database with relevant information on personal characteristics and purchasing habits and preferences in the automotive sector, with the aim of optimizing commercial campaigns.

A graphic tool was also provided to visualize these data by micro-markets in Spain and a report generator with different views of the variables.

PROJECT ACTIVITIES

  • Preparation of data and provision in a format suitable for incorporation into the customer database.
  • Preparation and supply of the Micromarketing tool.
  • Supply of the report generator in Power BI.
